Privacy and Fair Processing

Last updated: 3 September 2026

This notice covers archemalabs.com, the Archema Labs company site. It is short because the site does very little: there are no accounts, no forms, no analytics and no cookies. If you email us, we hold that email. That is the whole of it.

01

Who we are

Archema Labs Ltd, company number SC879076, registered office Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom, is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC161034.

Our Data Protection Officer is Shujahat Munir, who can be contacted at support@archemalabs.com.

02

What this notice does not cover

Archema Labs builds seven platforms, each on its own domain: TheReportr, OTOvios, Sayvios, Workopoly, Zaveos, Skoolios and Snoopios. Those products handle real personal data and each publishes its own privacy notice on its own site. This notice speaks only for archemalabs.com and does not describe what any product does with your data.

03

What we collect on this site

Nothing you type. There is no sign-up, no contact form, no search box and no comment field on this site. We have no way to collect anything from you here.

No analytics or tracking. We run no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no third-party tracking scripts. We do not profile you, and we do not follow you to other sites.

No third-party requests. Fonts are served from this site rather than fetched from a font provider, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.

Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., records standard request logs on our behalf: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time. These are kept briefly for security and reliability, and are not used to build any profile of you.

04

Cookies

This site sets no cookies at all, of any kind. Not strictly necessary ones, not preference ones, and certainly not analytics or advertising ones. Nothing is written to your browser storage either.

That is why you have not been shown a consent banner. Under UK PECR a banner is required when cookies are set that are not strictly necessary; here there are none to ask about, and showing a banner anyway would be theatre.

If this ever changes, a banner will appear and this section will be rewritten to say exactly what is set and why.

05

If you email us

If you write to support@archemalabs.com, we hold your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message, so that we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.

Lawful basis: legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR. Our interest is in answering people who contact us; the processing is what you would expect when you send an email, and it does not override your rights.

How long we keep it: for as long as the conversation is live, and then for up to two years in case it is picked up again. After that it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

06

Who else sees your data

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not transfer it between our own products.

Our email is handled by our email provider, acting as a processor on our instructions. Beyond that and the hosting provider named above, nobody outside Archema Labs Ltd sees anything you send us, unless we are legally required to disclose it.

07

Where your data is held

We keep personal data in the UK or the European Economic Area wherever we can.

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., a company based in the United States, so the request logs described above may be processed there. That transfer is covered by the safeguards UK data protection law requires, under the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

08

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy
  • have inaccurate data corrected
  • have your data deleted
  • restrict or object to how we use it
  • receive it in a portable form
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we relied on consent

Ask at support@archemalabs.com and we will respond within one month. Exercising any of these rights is free, and we will not treat you differently for it.

09

Children

This site is a company site aimed at adults, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data about children through it. Skoolios works with schools and handles this properly in its own notice, on its own site.

10

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. It holds no database and no accounts, so there is no store of user data here to breach. Email we receive is held in access-controlled accounts.

11

How to complain

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first at support@archemalabs.com so we can put it right.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at any time. ICO: ico.org.uk, telephone 0303 123 1113.

12

Changes to this notice

If the site changes so that any statement above stops being true, this notice is updated at the same time and the date at the top changes with it.
